The firmly-stuffed grey flannel donkey with open mouth, black button eyes, stitched-on ears, attached flannel tail with black mohair tip, black mohair mane, is standing upon a sturdy metal frame with rubbed-edge blue metal wheels, and has a functioning steering handle with black wooden hand grips; the donkey has original saddle blanket and leather saddle. With original early Steiff button in ear. Excellent condition. Germany, Steiff, circa 1920.
