10" (25 cm.) Bisque socket head with light brown complexion, amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, dark brown brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, black fleecy wig, French brown composition and wooden fully-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J. Steiner Bte SGDG Paris Fre A 3 (head) Med d'Or Paris 1889 (body stamp). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1890. Value Points: very beautiful bebe with rare flawless complexion, original body and body finish.
