29" (74 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with elongated face and very full cheeks, blue glass eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth modeled as though open with row of painted teeth, defined dimples on chin and philtrum, brunette human hair wig, original muslin body with bisque lower arms and legs, bare feet, fine antique velvet lady's gown, bonnet, undergarments. Condition: bisque head excellent, body and bisque limbs are original to the doll albeit fingers and left leg restored. Marks: 167 (head) 12 (arms and legs). Comments: C.F. Kling, circa 1880. Value Points: rarely found model by the Kling firm, with original body, and with rare painted teeth on modeled-closed mouth.
