23" (58 cm.) Wooden spindled prie-dieu chair with ebony finish and fancy carving is designed for kneeling in worship, having rich floral needlework pattern on black background on both seat and arm rest. The chair is perfectly sized for display with a larger doll. French, circa 1885. A rare furniture object in fine original condition.
