5 1/2" (14 cm.) The gilt bronze frame in classic Louis XVI style has desk base whose table top
features scenes of playful cherubs,and ornately-shaped cabinet top with drawer and 18th-
century style romantic scene; a music box is hidden in the upper cabinet with winding key at the
back. Excellent condition,music box functions well. Vienna,Austria,circa 1890.
