14" (36 cm.) Margaret face model, non-walking body, small hands, blonde floss hair with bangs, the sides of hair drawn back and with rolled curls at the back of head, black velvet hair bows. She is wearing rose taffeta faille gown patterned with tiny roses and blue flowers, ruffled hem, ivory taffeta faille collar and sleeves with lace edging, black velvet sash, polished cotton petticoat and pantalets with pink ribbon trim, socks, black side-snap shoes with black silk bows. The dress is tagged "Louise M. Alcott's Little Women Amy by Madame Alexander N.Y. USA All Rights Reserved". Near mint condition. Alexander, 1951, beautiful so-called suntan complexion, with fashion award medallion on wrist and on original box.
