Description
10" (25 cm.) and 12". Each is firmly-stuffed with cover of cream mohair with black or orange face and ears, swivel head pup, large amber glass eyes, embroidered nose, velvet corded mouth line, collar ruff and very large wire-framed ears. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Steiff (original button in ear of orange model). Comments: Steiff Germany, circa 1930, the pup, marketed as "Bully", was made to represent the French bulldog that was so popular at the time. Value Points: well-preserved, the orange/cream model is very rare.
