Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass paperweight inset eyes with darker blue outer irises, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined and accented lips, separately-modeled pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees, beautiful antique gown with fine embroidery, undergarments, early ruffled bonnet, kidskin shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Pierre-Francois Jumeau, circa 1875, the luxury facial model evolved into the first period Jumeau portrait bebe. Value Points: very beautiful poupee with gentle expression enhanced by finest artistic painting of complexion and features.
