10" (25 cm.) The firm-sided vitrine with bombe-shaped front and side each fitted with curved glass is decorated with tooled and painted leather finish, with courtly scenes and gilded and floral garlands. Arranged on the interior shelf is a bounty of tiny miniature figures, silver, and glassware. Excellent condition. French, circa 1885.
