Each has two-part paper mache head with red-outlined applied ears, white complexion with painted clown decorations, smiling expression, painted teeth, bald pate with tacked-on cap (no wood cone under cap), jointing at shoulders and hips, painted red shoes. Excellent condition. American, Schoenhut, 1910. From the Humpty Dumpty Circus, wearing original lithographed clown costumes, one with rare printed red dots, one with diamond-point costume, and the other with center medallion design.
