20" (51 cm.) Socket head with firmly pressed and oil-painted complexion and facial features, shaded brown eyes, brown and black upper eyeliner, short stroke brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with pensive expression on lips, blonde hair wig in long braids, all-cloth slender body with stitch-jointed shoulders and disc-jointed legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4127 2/P (right foot) Kathe Kruse (left foot). Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1952. Value Points: fine original finish, wearing vintage school dress and patterned jacket with hand-painted wooden buttons.
