Description
19" (48 cm.) Firm-bodied paper mache bulldog with well-defined ribbing and paws, brown glass eyes, hinged jaw with sculpted fierce teeth, leather collar and ruff, hidden wheels in feet; when pulled along he growls and his jaw opens and closes. Excellent condition. French, circa 1885. Private Collection of Marisol Valverde.
