15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with very full lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Eden Bebe Paris 11. Comments: Fleischmann & Blodel, circa 1895. Value Points: especially pretty closed mouth doll with original body and wearing original (frail) russet silk dress with lace inserts, matching bonnet, socks, leather shoes with silver buckles.
