Solid domed bisque socket head, painted hair with ringlet forelock curl and blue hairband with bow tied in front of sculpted ears, brown glass side-glancing googly eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, dot brows, pug nose, closed mouth with shy smile, composition toddler body jointed at shoulders and hips, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (Goebel mark) P 4/0. Comments: Goebel, Germany, circa 1915. Value Points: rarely found and most charming glass-eyed googly.
