Description
10" (25 cm.) Bisque socket head with solid dome, sculpted red cap with upturned brim above tendrils of blonde hair and fully-sculpted ears, intaglio blue eyes, black upper eyeliner, closed mouth with shaded lips, composition bent limb baby body, nicely costumed and with toy compass. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: made in Germany Gesch Ges 238 14/0. Comments: Gebruder Knoch, circa 1910. Value Points: rare little fellow with wonderfully designed boy's romper hat, character expression.
