Description
8 1/2" (22 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, sculpted hair with forelock curl, painted blue side-glancing intaglio eyes, white eye dots, closed mouth modeled as though open and laughing, row of beaded upper teeth, composition baby body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (in square) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: included is a plush-bodied Billiken with celluloid head, and plush-body child with jointed arms and legs and composition head with painted hair and facial features in pouting expression.
