10" (25 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, brushstroked hair with modeled forelock, blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, two porcelain upper teeth, tongue, composition bent limb baby body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 127 26. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1915. Value Points: excellent detail of painted hair, fine quality of bisque, original body and body finish. Private Collection of Antje Lode.
