Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) teacher. 2" students. Seated upon three wooden benches with attached desks are eight wooden students with sculpted hair, painted facial features, jointed arms and legs, wearing original costumes. With one-piece teacher with bald pate, wearing painted professor costume, and with wooden hinged easel with blackboard with ABC and numbers. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1890.
