Description
14" (36 cm.) Carved wooden domed head with pearl-shaped plump cheeked face, socket neck, painted blue outlined eyes with enhancing white eye dots, black upper eyeliner and tiny brows, pointy-tip nose, closed mouth with piquant smile, blonde fleeced hair with long side braids tied with burgundy felt ribbons, firmly-stuffed muslin body, disc-jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Fehrle (original wrist tag). Comments: Anna Fehrle, circa 1920s. Value Points: sister doll to #27, with more detail of applique on apron and beading on bodice.
