3" (8 cm.) -5". Each is hand-cut flat-dimensional wooden figure with steel-pin articulation of head, arms and legs, and having hand-painted features and costumes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: English, Talfourd Toys, founded by two sisters, mid-1920s depicting characters from Alice in Wonderland based upon the John Tenniel illustrations in the book, included here are two Alice dolls, the Queen and the Mad Hatter. Value Points: rare and wonderfully rendered wooden articulated dolls.
