Each with felt head with pressed and painted facial features, outlined eyes with rich eye shadow, painted lashes, painted blue eyes with black shoe-button pupils, accented nostrils, closed mouth, yarn wig, softly-stuffed body and limbs, loosely-jointed legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Hechtpuppe Else Hecht (paper tag on woman). Comments: Else Hecht, 1920s. Value Points: the salon style dolls, also designed for presentation as puppet play, are wearing wonderfully preserved original costumes including the Hecht signature yarn floral corsages, and each with distinctive facial expression.
