12" (30 cm.) and 14". Each has carved wooden head with carved hair and painted facial features, the larger with socket head, unusual hairstyle featuring a single braid at each side of head, and having all-wooden body with jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees; and the other with shoulderhead, side-coiled braids and cloth body with wooden arms joined at elbows. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Huggler of Brienz, Switzerland, circa 1925. Value Points: well-rendered artistry, interesting variations of hair and body style.
