Description
14" (36 cm.) Firmly-pressed muslin twill head with center seam, shaped chin and nose, tiniest blue glass bead eyes, painted brows, primly set lips, blushed cheeks, nostril dots, bright red yarn hair in long hip-length braid, muslin body with stitch-jointing at hips, floppy legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Brunhilde Einenkel (original paper label). Comments: Einenkel, circa 1930, wearing original traditional country costume including red flannel skirt which matches her hair. Value Points: wonderful presentation with rare hair, unusual costume.
