12" (30 cm.) x 9". 11" doll. Presented with original box labeled "Fur Fleissige Kinderhande" and with colorful image of girls playing with dolls is a booklet with instructions on sewing doll costumes, complete set of 12 doll costume patterns in original envelopes with illustration on the lid, some sewing fragments, and bisque head doll with blue glass eyes, painted lashes and brows, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: doll is excellent, patterns are complete and unusual, box has some rubs. Marks: 189-3 (doll) Anleitung und Muster zur Bekleidung einer Puppe/Verlag von Rob Lutz (box) von Julie Lutz (booklet). Comments: Germany, circa 1910. Value Points: rare example of sewing ensembles, with complete set of patterns in original envelopes.
