Description
12" (30 cm.) Each has firm head with twill cloth stretched cover, painted complexion and facial features, black single stroke brows, nostril dots, closed mouth, and with tiny black bead applied eyes, fine yarn wig in bobbed cut or braids, stockinette padded body, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1925, maker unknown. Value Points: very expressive faces on the distinctively-constructed dolls, each wearing well-preserved original country-style costume.
