16" (41 cm.) All-cloth doll with one-piece head and torso, rounded flat-dimensional face, black painted short hair, rounded outlined blue eyes with pronounced black pupils, single stroke brows, nostril dots, closed mouth, thick throat, oil-painted body and limbs, stitch-jointed arms, painted ankle boots, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American, circa 1910, maker unknown. Value Points: charming wide-eyed child with simple shaping.
