Description
14" (36 cm.) x 12" box. 11". Presented with original box with wonderful illustration on the lid is a bisque head doll with blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes and brows, open mouth, brunette bobbed wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body, along with an assortment of costumes already made, an instructional box with vintage photographs of the costumes that are described therein, and a folio with eight costume patterns which are shown in color illustrations on the lids. Marks: Heubach Koppelsdorf 320 11/0 Germany (doll). Excellent condition of doll and contents, box lid is missing side. The set was presented by the publisher Verlag Otto Maier of Ravensburg, with pattern designs by Agnes Lucas.
