Description
11" (28 cm.) x 9 1/2". 9" doll. Presented within a heavy card box with colorful image on the cover of little 1930s era dolls sewing clothes for their dolls, is a bisque doll with painted finish, brown glass eyes, single stroke brows, open mouth, two upper teeth, brunette mohair bobbed wig, composition toddler body, painted shoes and socks, along with a booklet with photographs of various costumes and the paper pattern for each, various fabrics, trims, threads, and accessories for making each costume, and with three various costumes and case of needles. Excellent condition. The doll is marked Heubach Koppelsdorf 342 46/0 Germany. The all-original set is assembled and presented by Verlag J.W. Spear & Sohne, circa 1930.
