Roughly-textured carved wooden head with very full lower cheeks, rounded nose, brown painted complexion, painted black eyes in unusual shape, white accent dots, painted mouth, black frizzed hair, firmly-stuffed muslin body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Swiss, the facial model and unusual texture of complexion are identical to #127 with Art Rustique Suisse label, circa 1930. Value Points: rare doll with most unusual carving and finish, wearing original suede fringed and painted costume.
