Description
11" (28 cm.) One-piece carved wooden head and block-shaped torso, oval-shaped head with very full cheeks, painted blue eyes with white eye dots, nostril dots, tiny closed mouth, carved wooden arms with bent elbows and legs, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lotte Sievers-Hahn Werkstatt (original paper label). Comments: Lotte Sievers-Hahn, circa 1930s. Value Points: charming folk art expression, the doll is wearing original costume and has original blonde thread wig and cap, original label. Included with the doll are two wooden carved angels with carved wigs by Lotte Sievers-Hahn.
