Description
14" (36 cm.) x 12" box. 11" doll. Presented within a cardboard box with colorful illustration on lid depicting two girls dressing a doll, is an all-celluloid doll with sculpted hair and painted features, jointed limbs, along with a booklet of instructions for various comments, pieces of fabric, and various sewing books including an unusual needle case which folds open to reveal a pop-up card with design of a teacher instructing a classroom how to make doll costumes. Excellent condition of contents, the exterior of box has wear and is somewhat darkened. Circa 1930.
