Description
17" (43 cm.) Cloth doll with stitched-on three-seam head, pressed and painted facial features, brown hair with curls onto forehead, painted outlined blue eyes, black and brown upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, nostril accents, closed mouth, blushed plump cheeks and ears, firmly-stuffed cloth body. Stitch-jointing at shoulders, disc-jointed hips. Condition: very good, light touch up, some body spotting. Marks: 823307 Kathe Kruse (feet). Comments: Kathe Kruse, Series I, mid-1930s. Value Points: wearing original costume comprising flowered crepe dress with matching bonnet, undergarment, socks, shoes.
