Description
14" (36 cm.) x 8 1/2" box. 8" doll. Presented with a heavy hardboard box with colorful cover depicting three little girls sewing costumes for their dolls is a painted all-bisque doll with sculpted bobbed hair and loop-jointed arms and legs, along with a small box containing various pattern pieces, various sewing supplies, and some costumes already sewn from the accompanying patterns. The doll is marked Germany. Excellent condition. The set was assembled and presented by Verlag J.W. Spear & Sohne of Nurnberg. Circa 1930.
