17" (43 cm.) Cloth doll with stitched-on three-seam head, pressed and painted facial features, brown hair with curls onto forehead, painted outlined blue eyes, black and brown upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, nostril accents, closed mouth, blushed plump cheeks and ears, firmly-stuffed cloth body. stitch-jointing at shoulders, disc-jointed hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 82088 Kathe Kruse (feet). Comments: Kathe Kruse, Series I, mid-1930s. Value Points: fine original condition, the boy wears his original Tyrolean costume with embroidered details.
