Description
18" (46 cm.) Cloth-over-paper-mache swivel head, painted complexion and facial features, painted brown eyes, black and brown upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, original brunette human hair wig, muslin firmly-stuffed body, stitch-jointing at shoulders, disc-jointed hips, costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Kathe Kruse 1 8209 (feet). Comments: VEB, successors to Kathe Kruse, early 1950s. Value Points: original painting is well preserved.
