Composition socket head with chubby face, blue sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lashes, button-shaped nose, closed mouth with small bow-shaped lips, brunette mohair wig over sculpted hair, five piece composition body with modeled bent right arm. Condition: generally excellent, some light spotting on hat. Marks: Effanbee Patsy Baby. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935, the doll is an original factory-assembly, a rare presentation of the Patsy Baby head with Patsy wig and Patsy body. Value Points: rare and all original, the beautiful doll is wearing original Effanbee-tagged green plaid pinafore over matching romper, and has matching hat, shoes and socks.
