18" (46 cm.) Silk and cotton dark blond upswept hairstyle in elegant double chignon. Wearing tagged pink satin off the shoulder gown with dropped waist, accented with gold sequins, taffeta petticoat, panties, early net hose with pink satin shoes, long black lace gloves and matching pink reticule with sequin detail. Near mint condition. Alexander, No. 6023, 1951, from the "Fashion of a Century" series, with original box and cloverleaf hang tag. Created for the Mid-Century Exposition of 1950, She features exceptionally high cheek color with a porcelain facial finish, and is in superb flawless state of preservation.
