The mahogany chair with dark finish features elaborately carved sheaf of wheat at back rest, and graceful arms carved in the shape of winged gargoyles, claw feet, and rich gilded accents and bands, green velvet seat. Excellent condition. Early 1800s, exceptional detail of carving and decoration.
