5 1/2" (14 cm.) Posed reclining yet alert with raised head and modeled uplifted ears, the artistically-modeled dog has textured shaded brown coat, curled tail, extended front paws, tiny inset enamel eyes and sculpted brown collar. Excellent condition. Italian, early 1800s, from Neopolitan scenes of villages and aristocratic homes.
