Description
10" (25 cm.) w. 8"h. The wooden two drawer chest has bombe shaped front and sides, arched apron, and curved top, with original sienna painted finish having faux-marble top with blue banding, painted cream panels with indigo blue drawings in the Chinoiserie manner, and hand-painted mounts on sides columns, with bronze pulls and key holes. Excellent condition. French, circa 1885.
