Description
21" (53 cm.) h. 8"w. The wooden secretaire with sienna painted finish and painted gilt and black decorated in the Chinoiserie manner, has unusual double gilt finials centering a gilt accented crest, with paneled double doors at top section opening to shelved interior, slant-front desk which hinges open to fitted interior, and lower chest with three wide drawers, two narrow drawers and two pencil drawers. Contemporary construction of maitrise quality in perfect preserved condition.
