Description
The two-piece ensemble of horizontal-ribbed cream pique features a skirt with attached high waist bodice and inverted box pleats, along with a flared jacket with coat sleeves and pockets, with black velvet banding and buttons. Each piece is decorated with borders of black soutache. Very good condition, some color running. 4" shoulder width. French, for early period poupee in the Huret manner, circa 1860.
