15" (38 cm.) Solid domed porcelain shoulderhead with lightly-tinted complexion, small painted black pate at back crown, well-defined eye sockets with painted blue upper-glancing eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette human hair, fine muslin commercial body with stitch-jointing, original stitched-on gloves. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1865. Value Points: very distinctive modeling and demeanor, rare body, and fine original costume.
