Polychromed terra cotta shoulderhead with brown sculpted hair drawn into coiled loop with cascading curls, head turned to the side, enamel eyes, closed mouth, tow-wrapped body, carved wooden lower arms and legs, painted blue stockings and brown clogs, original costume. Condition: professional restoration to finish. Comments: Neapolitan, mid-1700s, Included is a wooden chest with hinged lid and carvings including prancing deer, along with five baskets of various food stuffs and vegetables, wire basket of onions, wooden tub of meats, metal bowl of nuts and wooden cutting board with ham.
