Of grey silk faille, the two-piece ensemble features a fitted hip-length jacket and matching skirt with flat front panel and gathered back, both pieces trimmed with rose twill banding and lace, and having rose-covered buttons and hand-made button holes. Along with pressed rose felt flannel bonnet with rose silk banding and delicate feathers. Bonnet is excellent, gown is very good with few tiny fabric tears. 3 1/2" shoulder width. For 15"-16" poupee. French, circa 1875.
