Eight porcelain white ware figures including two lady heads with fancy bonnets designed for attachment to candy box or tea cozy; girl on bench seat designed for display in swinging arrangement; boy with straw hat, hen with baby chicks; rooster; boy riding a rooster, and baby as trinket box lid with elaborate blankets and incised word "Baby". Excellent condition. Germany, late 1880s, from a series of bazaar items created by Thuringian porcelain factories designed to be sold without decoration at budget prices at fairgrounds or markets.
