Bisque socket head, very large blue glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, defined space between outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, straight wrists, lovely costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 8 (and artist check marks, head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: especially beautiful eyes with rich decoration, original signed body, original signed Jumeau shoes, with original Jumeau box.
