The firm-bodied paper mache borzoi dog, seated on back haunches with long curled tail, alertly held head with shaved muzzle, amber glass eyes, open mouth with painted teeth, felt tongue, black bead nose, pink upright ears, blue neck bow is lavishly covered in lush white fur. Excellent condition. French, circa 1900.
