Description
17" (43 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with oval slender face and elongated throat, modeled bosom, her head turned slightly to the side, blue glass eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, feathered brows, aquiline nose, accented nostrils, very slightly-parted outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, blonde mohair wig in upswept fashion, muslin body with paper mache arms and lower legs, painted white stockings with red rims, and black and red sculpted shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7925. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value Points: superb modeling enhanced by finest bisque on the rarely-found model, factory-original body, lovely antique costume.
