21" (53 cm.) Arranged to represent a toy stall in street bazaar with set-back shelved arrangement centered by a large roulette wheel, having Art Nouveau-styled decorative paper at the base, blue painted backboard and blue-papered shelves with fringed edging, two mirrors at the back and a wide assortment of different "prizes" in the shape of miniature dolls and toys. Excellent condition, unplayed with. French, circa 1890. An unusual design of the popular French child's entertainment with amusing novelty miniature prizes.
